Healing Session Policies - Hermetic Healing

Refund Policy: Healing sessions are nonrefundable and no money back guarantee is provided. By acquiring any healing session, you expressly waive any entitlement to refunds for healing sessions purchased.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted without penalty only with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before scheduled healing session appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a non-negotiable cancellation fee of 50 USD.

Late Arrival: In the event of arriving more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled healing session, the session will be rescheduled at a time mutually agreeable to both parties, taking in account Hermetic Healing’s availability.
